Halloween &qt;Candy&qt;

(makes 8 servings)

2 0.3-ounce (8.5 g) packages sugar-free orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
vegetable cooking spray
  1. Mix gelatin and water together, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Pour 1/2-inch (2.5 cm) deep into a pan which has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Chill several hours or until firm.
  2. Cut out into Halloween shapes, pumpkins, witches, bats, etc.
  3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
