Greens and Kiwi with Grapefruit Sesame Dressing

(makes 4 servings)

1 6.5 ounce (184 g) package mixed greens (romaine, radicchio, endive, and leaf lettuces)
2 large kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
Dressing:
1/4 cup (59 ml) fresh grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon (15 ml) grapeseed or canola oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon (15 ml) minced fresh chervil or flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon (5 ml) toasted sesame seeds
  1. Divide greens between 4 salad plates. Arrange kiwi slices on top of greens.
  2. In a cup, whisk together dressing ingredients. Drizzle dressing over the salads and serve.
