Mesclun Salad
(serves 12)
| 1 | pound mesclun (480 g) or baby salad greens, rinsed and crisped |
| 1/4 | cup (15 g) chopped fresh herbs of your choice |
| 3 | tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons (30 ml) water |
| 3 | tablespoons (45 ml) white wine vinegar |
| freshly ground pepper |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt (optional) |
- Place the mesclun in a large salad bowl.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Toss with salad and serve immediately.
