Caffe Affogato
(makes 6 servings)
| 1 1/2 | cups (288 g) fat-free frozen vanilla ice cream |
| 3/4 | cup (180 ml) hot espresso, made in an espresso machine, made with ground espresso beans in a drip coffee maker, or made with instant espresso granules |
- Scoop 1/4 cup (48 g) of the ice cream into each of 6 stemmed dessert glasses.
- Top each serving with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the hot espresso. Serve at once.
