Chantilly Cream

cup (227 g) fat-free vanilla yogurt

cup (128 g) fat-free sour cream

teaspoon (1.25 ml) almond or vanilla extract

- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, spoon some of the Chantilly Cream on dessert plates alongside the fruit serving
of choice for dipping.
