Chantilly Cream

(makes 1 1/2 cup (355 g )

1 cup (227 g) fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup (128 g) fat-free sour cream
1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) almond or vanilla extract
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. To serve, spoon some of the Chantilly Cream on dessert plates alongside the fruit serving of choice for dipping.
