Greens and Kiwi with Grapefruit Sesame Dressing
(makes 4 servings)
| 1 | 6.5 ounce (184 g) package mixed greens (romaine, radicchio, endive, and leaf lettuces) |
| 2 | large kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 1/4 | cup (59 ml) fresh grapefruit juice |
| 1 | tablespoon (15 ml) grapeseed or canola oil |
| 1 | teaspoon (5 ml) dark sesame oil |
| 1 | tablespoon (15 ml) minced fresh chervil or flat-leaf parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon (5 ml) toasted sesame seeds |
- Divide greens between 4 salad plates. Arrange kiwi slices on top of greens.
- In a cup, whisk together dressing ingredients. Drizzle dressing over the salads and serve.
